The wind picked up at around 4pm so I rushed over to the beach. I was going to take just my wave board along with a 5m and a 5.7m sail but at the last minute something told me to take something bigger. On went the 104 ltr S-Type and a 6.7m sail as well.

When I got there the big kit was rigged but the wind was dropping. By the time I got on the water a few minutes later there wasn't even enough for this. I got planing briefly, wobbled around for a while and then gave up. Such is the sport of windsurfing!
